All my thoughts, no sugarcoating
Nestled in a safe area, this charming hotel is conveniently close to the airport. The welcoming staff went above and beyond, even prepping a breakfast bag for my early departure. The Meraki Boutique Hotel has a charming atmosphere and the staff truly shines. Everyone I encountered was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The hotel’s gardens transported me to a serene escape, filled with lush greenery. The décor feels inviting and classy, giving a cozy vibe. The location in Zona Viva makes it easy to explore great restaurants and shops within walking distance. I appreciated the secure access that offered peace of mind. The pizza and drinks served onsite were absolutely delicious. However, the nearby nightclub can be quite loud. it kept me up later than I would have liked on the weekend. The beds were rather firm, so side sleepers may find them uncomfortable. Also, brighter lighting options in the room would be helpful. it felt dark for getting ready. These minor inconveniences didn’t overshadow my stay, though. I'd definitely return and recommend it to friends.

It was just an optimal selection for a stopover in Guatemala City, all in all brilliant value for money. The garden outside was incredible, adding a nice touch to the stay. Bring ear plugs if you like to go to bed early because it can get loud from nearby bars.

We enjoyed exploring the city thanks to the helpful concierge and tour desk. The free WiFi was a huge plus for keeping the grandkids entertained. Our room was comfortable, perfect for our big family.
In my wife’s opinion, the hotel could use better options for kids' activities.

I had a bit of a hassle cuz they messed up my reservation. I showed up with no room and had to scramble for a place. They did hook me up with a taxi fare, but it was frustrating. On the plus side, they offered room service which was nice. I also got some water in my room when I arrived which was a welcome touch.

Had a great time with friends! We visited a local market and ancient ruins through the concierge and tour desk. The free WiFi was a bonus. The staff was super friendly, especially Javier and Leslie. Just a heads up, the area can get a bit noisy at night.
The only downside was the loud music from a nightclub nearby, which made it hard to sleep.
